How are you doing?

It's helpful to share with your yoga teacher how you're feeling before starting practice. 

Your body ~ Your yoga

Between us, we arrive at the Quaker Centre with all kinds common (and not-so-common) challenges affecting our freedom of movement. ​These challenges are a valuable element of our practice.

We want to begin by noticing how we're feeling now. So we can respond in a helpful way.

It helps me to be aware of what you're bringing with you to your practice... body and mind. So we can work together to form a practice that works for you.
